Can I place an international order?

We currently do not process orders from countries other than Canada.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit, visa and visa debit cards via Stripe and Paypal.

Do I need to create a PayPal account when making payment via Paypal?

Not necessarily. There is the option to make payment using a debit or credit card right below the option to create a PayPal account on the PayPal checkout page. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you select.
The following shipping methods are currently available:

How can I cancel/ change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Prior to that however, you can contact our Support Center and we will be glad to assist you.

How can I find an Afriket product I am looking for?

Use the search function (search icon) provided to the right of the “BLOG” on the main menu of our Web site to find styles based on trend, categories or style name. You can then refine your search on the results page.

How does the grocery delivery work?

All grocery items of choice must be ordered latest by Friday for delivery on Saturday between the hours of 9am – 3pm. All orders placed after will be delivered the next Saturday.

How do I report a defective item?

Contact our support center with images of the defective product and we will be glad to assist you. 

What happens if I mix up grocery items with non grocery items?

The non grocery items will be eligible for and included in the items for delivery on Saturday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders can be tracked on the “Track Your Order” page.

What happens if I am not home when my order is to be delivered?

Please ensure that there is an authorized person to receive the package in your absence. However, we will try contacting you. If to no avail, order will be cancelled and items will be returned to the store with a refund issued. Delivery fee is none refundable.

If you will want the items deposited at your door post in your absence, contact our support center. Afriket will not be held liable for any loses / theft due to that occurring.

How long after receiving an item can I return it?

Grocery items cannot be returned unless there’s a notable defect due to the store’s fault. In this case, contact the Afriket Support Center and we will be glad to assist you.

Non grocery items will have to be returned within 15 days in the original state to obtain a refund. Visit our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
